About me

I am a theatre scholar, writer and an activist.

I am currently working on my PostDoc project „(Post)migrant Theatre in German Theatre History – (Dis)Continuity of aesthetics and narratives“ at the Theaterwissenschaft München (Theatre Department, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München).

I received my Ph.D. in Cultural Studies at the University of Hildesheim in 2011. My dissertation thesis is about „Theater für Alle? Partizipation von Postmigranten am Beispiel der Bühnen der Stadt Köln.

I am holding a Magister Artium in German Literature, Philosophy and Law from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. My thesis „Das Theater Thomas Bernhard zwischen Artaud und Brecht: Der Ignorant und der Wahnsinnige“ was published in 2007.

I am one of the curators of the theater festival Politik im Freien Theater 2018, München and I am part of PSi Future Advisory Board.
